Challenge: Deeply integrated into the fire truck itself, fire pumps are the heart and soul of any fire-fighting apparatus. For fire fighters and fire truck engineers, gaining a full understanding of Waterous superior technology was critical to sales and performance. Use of existing marketing communications tools to demonstrate their pump’s advantages was linear, static and limiting. Solution: Propulsion introduced Waterous to the concept of real time 3D interactive solutions and introduced the first application for Waterous at the FDIC show on several large sized touch screens as well as utilized the App as gated content on the Waterous website. Result: Since launching the application, tens of thousands of qualified fire industry leads have explored the world inside of Waterous pump products. The application has become an industry-changing and integral marketing, sales and training tool in presenting and telling the Waterous story.
